Hannah grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She studied drama at the American Repertory Theatre in high school, and then in college at the University of Pennsylvania. During her time at Penn she performed, directed and produced over thirty shows, and served for three years on the board of iNtuitons Experimental Theatre.
Since graduating, Hannah has trained with the British American Drama Academy in collaboration with the Yale School of Drama, PigIron Theatre School, and the Wilma HotHouse Ensemble. She has performed in the Philadelphia area with People's Light and Theatre Company, Lantern Theater Company, Shakespeare in Clark Park, Revolution Shakespeare, InterAct Theatre, PlayPenn, Simpatico Theatre Project, Plays and Players, The Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre, Reject Theatre Project, and InVersion Theatre, and has performed in New York with The Dirty Blondes, and United Solo. She has directed locally for New City Stages and Philadelphia Young Playwrights. She has appeared on television in History Making Production's Philadelphia: The Great Experiment on Channel ABC-6, and on screen in Whenever I Think of Him and Breed: X.
Hannah is also the founder and artistic director of The Greenfield Collective, through which she's created and performed a plethora of original works, including fringe-hits Marbles and Fifty Days at Iliam, The Magnus Effect, and her solo project Bicycle Face, which has toured Philly, Cape Cod, and New Orleans, and was performed most recently in October, off-Broadway at Theatre Row, as part of the United Solo Festival.
